Long a community leader, Carol has been involved in many of the area's most respected charitable endeavors including  past President of Georgetown County United Way, Board Member of Good Friends, active in Georgetown Presbyterian Church and current President of Tidelands Community Hospice and currently serving on allocations committee of The Frances Bunnelle foundation.  Married to Edwin, a local harbor pilot, having one son, the family enjoys boating the beautiful waters of the area.                                                                                                                                               

Parker recently returned to his much loved Lowcountry home after serving 26 years in the Navy as an oceanographer.  Parker grew up on Winyah Bay and understands the management and operation of large tracts of land that support both waterfowl and upland game.  He looks forward to matching his clients with plantations and large tracts of land that allow them to enjoy the unique quality of life that our Lowcountry living presents.

Robin Ragin Hays, originally a native of Columbia, South Carolina, is passionate about coastal living.  Her favorite memories are of summers in the creeks, spending time with extended family and childhood beach vacations.  Her entrepreneurial spirit and pharmaceutical sales background proved to be a natural fit to real estate sales when she moved to the Waccamaw Neck area.  Having the opportunity to work in both general brokerage and exclusive onsite sales at Litchfield Plantation for the last 5 years provided her access to some of the area's most sought after exclusive properties.  Her excellent communication and negotiating skills combined with an extensive knowledge of the sales process make buying and selling seamless for her clients.  Hays is a member of both the Coastal Carolina Association fo Realtors and National Association of Realtors.  In her free time, Robin enjoys spending time with her husband, David, and two boys, William and Julian.
